Created for Hausmann Aromatic on the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
The project reframes the brand within a traditionally product-focused industry by shifting attention to its research team. Instead of showcasing output, the focus is placed on the people driving it.
We worked with the R&D department, capturing spontaneous interviews with the women in the team to build a piece grounded in real voices and perspectives.
The approach is simple and direct, minimal setup, natural conversations, and a documentary tone, allowing authenticity to lead the narrative.
The result is a contextual piece that aligns the brand with a more human and contemporary perspective on science and innovation.
